The reigning princess of soul from the U.K. - Ms. Alice Russell and her band made Sunday night stop at The Majestic in Madison on a 15 city whirlwind tour of the U.S. Often compared to the Queen of Soul Ms. Sharon Jones, the lady from across the pond put on an impressive performance Sunday night that had a decent-for-Sunday-night crowd dancing to the midnight hour.
